The Fitness 101 program takes all of the guesswork out of how to get in better shape, allowing fitness beginners like you to concentrate on doing the work and making healthy choices one at a time. Members receive a detailed training program which is progressive (meaning we are going to start with very basic movements and build on those) and tells you exactly what to do and when to do it, as well as a nutritional plan designed around your goals. Basically, all you have to do is log on and be ready to sweat a little.

Another super-cool thing about this program is that a big part of your support will come from other fitness beginners just like you.
