What you need to bring with you:

  • Gym Access
  • A willingness to track calories and macronutritents (don’t worry, we’ll explain how)
  • Some familiarity with basic lifting terms and techniques (It’s OK if you’re just starting out, we’ll help)
  • A willingness to train 4 days per week
  • A desire to build a whole new you in the next 16 weeks!

Frequently asked questions

Q: Do I really need gym access for this program?

Yes. The exercises included in this program require access to free weight equipment. If you are interested in an alternative bodyweight program please see my one-on-one training packages.

Q: Will I receive nutrition information that's really tailored to help me reach my goals?

Yes, we will give you the nutritional information that you need not only to be successful in this program, but that you can use at any time in the future as well!

Q: I'm a vegetarian. Will the nutrition information provided be relevant for me and my lifestyle?

Absolutely! The information provided is applicable to ANY type of dietary regimen.

Q: I just want to 'tone up.' Can this program help me with that?

Yes! 'Tone up' is just another way to say 'add lean body mass and lose body fat' and that's exactly what this program will help you do!

Q: I've heard that you can't train for both fat loss/aesthetics and strength at the same time, is that that true?

No. With proper program design these two goals are not mutually exclusive.

Q: I'm a competitive powerlifter/weightlifter. Is this program right for me?

This program is NOT suggested for competitive lifters. However, if you're just getting into picking up heavy things with an eye on doing it competitively down the road, this program can start you on the right path...

Q: I think I may want to compete in a physique sport someday. Will this program help me?

Yes. This program is designed to balance out proportions, so if you're interested in someday competing in bikini, figure or physique categories, this program will give you a good starting point. However, keep in mind it is not designed for competition prep.

Q: I like to eat. Am I going to starve on this program?

I absolutely guarantee you won't starve.

Q: I've had joint injuries & can't do some things. Can the program be modified for me?

Within reason, yes. If you have any issues completing an exercise or a workout in this program I can help provide alternatives where possible.

Q: Are the workouts going to be extremely hard?

The workouts in this program are designed to be challenging, but not exhausting. Intensity levels can be adapted throughout the various training sessions.
